This section documents all available nailpolish commands.

Command	Description
nailpolish index	Create an index file from a demultiplexed .fastq. Required before running any other command.
nailpolish consensus	Consensus call duplicate read groups into a cleaned-up .fastq.
nailpolish extract	Extract original unmodified reads from groups matching a predicate.
nailpolish summary	Generate an interactive HTML summary of duplicate statistics.
